lundy residence - sedona, arizona
Designed and built in 2008 for Bill and Nancy Lundy, who were instrumental in the development of Casa Contenta, one of Sedona's premier private communities.
The Lundy's homesite was narrow and deep, presenting a challenge for the architect to both capture the view to the east and also to present an attractive facade to the street.
The home contains 2 master bedroom suites, 2 additional bedrooms, great room, kitchen, dining, and breakfast spaces, wine room, and subterranean storage.
Interior finishes include natural wood doors and windows, massive log posts and beams, wood planked ceilings, granite countertops, and travertine stone flooring.
